The great idea of eating all natural foods has run into a problem the problem is most people do not know what all natural means. The manufactures can label a product as all natural without it being true. Once the food has been through any type of processing then it loses its contact with the earth. People think they are eating food rich in enzymes and the life force found in fresh foods because of the wording on a label. The FDA is not too picky about how the term all natural foods are used in the stores. Generally the agency looks the other way as long as there are no additives in one form or another in the product. This gives a lot of lee way for how manufactures use the description of natural on their labels. Many feel if the food cannot be found in nature then it is not natural. Our bodies know what to do with the natural mixture of living nutrients while processed foods barely supply us with the vitality we need.

The trick is to read the contents of any prepackaged food and ask questions of the grocer and the manufacturer. People struggling with chronic health issues, diabetics and people with gluten intolerances, benefit from what is true nourishment. We deserve to feel good and live active lives and that requires knowing the difference between vital, living food from manmade denatured food.
